The Alpaca’s Lodge
The Alpaca’s Lodge is centrally located between the night quarters of the donkeys , goats and alpacas . Attached to it is the alpaca garden. So you have wonderful space! The Alpaca’s Lodge is equipped for up to 4 people .
As you step into the lodge you are standing in the spacious living room. The living room has a lovely corner sofa, a spacious coffee table and a television.
In the living room there is a pull-out double bed that you can use or you can take the red stairs to the attic where a clean, made-up double bed awaits you.
To the right of the lodge is the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a simple two-burner stove, a refrigerator, plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker and a microwave oven. Not to mention, our free-range chickens provide your fresh egg in the morning.
Next to the living area is the bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower stall, a sink, a mirror and a hairdryer. The bathroom is ventilated by a ventilation system that comes on when you flip the light switch. During your stay you can use the clean towels that will be waiting for you.
Weather or no weather you can always go outside during your stay. The lodge is adjacent to our alpaca garden. The garden provides a lovely view of the pasture where our chickens scratch, the donkeys graze and the alpacas play. The garden has several picnic tables, a lounge set and a hobby greenhouse that you can all use during your stay. At the end of the meadow is the Old Canal where peat boats used to sail through, here you can fish, swim, enjoy different bird species or grab the canoe and go out. For during the cozy evening hours, there is a fire pit that you can use while enjoying your own coziness.
The alpaca lodge is completely well insulated, has double glazing and for cold days and nights there is a pellet stove.

Waking up to a delicious well-stocked breakfast basket?
It is possible to have a breakfast basket delivered to the Lodge in the morning. The breakfast basket contains various breads, boiled eggs, meat and cheese toppings, various sweet toppings and fruit. With that you get a pitcher of coffee and tea and orange juice. The price for a breakfast basket is €12.50 per adult and €10.00 per child. If you would like to use this service we would like to hear from you in advance. The breakfast basket will be delivered to the Lodge around 8:30/9:00 am.
